Condo #2: For a mere $179,000, you could be living in a gorgeous 309-square-foot condo built in 1914. Located at 215 17th Ave. E., Unit 11, is a studio with one bathroom, hardwood floors, an updated kitchen and a parking space.

Condo #3: With a bit higher price tag, this 540-square-foot co-op built in 1907 is $199,950, and is located at 1726 15th Ave., No. 21. This unit has one bedroom, one bathroom, beautiful fir floors, 9-foot ceilings, crown molding and built-ins.

Condo #4: Last but certainly not least, the 373-square-foot home at 1410 E. Pine St., Unit W303 is listed for $224,900. This newer condo built in 2005 is a studio with one bathroom and a parking space in a building with some fancy amenities; a gym, garden space, roof deck, theater, yoga room, hobby room, party room and guest suite.
